Each applicant must hold a valid Amateur Radio License, possess current 10-10 International Net Membership, work a Santa Fe Trail Chapter qualifier on the 10 meter Amateur Radio Band, and submit the required contact information along with their own information to the Santa Fe Trail Certificate Manager.

The required contact information is the Call Sign, 10-10 number, Santa Fe Trail number, and point value of the membership qualifier worked.

The applicant's information required is their name, Amateur Radio Call Sign, QTH, and 10-10 number. 

If a membership number only is desired, the information may be emailed or sent by regular mail to the Santa Fe Trail Certificate Manager.    If sent by regular mail, a self addressed stamped envelope must be enclosed for the reply.

If a membership certificate is desired, the information must be sent by regular mail to the Santa Fe Trail Certificate Manager along with $2 and 2 first class stamps for USA applicants or $3 for non-USA applicants.
