We know. It used to be $5. But the printing
costs kept going up, so...
On the bright side, we do offer reseller rates for bookstores, and bulk order
rates, as well.

All books will be sent U.S. Book Rate unless otherwise noted. Orders of one or two books will be sent Standard Mail.
